Every record, document, process created in FlinkISO quality management software can go through approval process. While you add users to the system, you will get an option to define if the user is approver or not. Any user who is not an approver, will be forced to send every record created by him/her to the approver. Unless the records are approved, they will not be published. A single record can be simultaneously sent to multiple users for approval. You can define if any or all required to approve the record while creating HTML form. Approval history is recorded and displayed on record's VIEW page as well as when user downloads the record as PDF. Approval panel is available for all parent forms only as child forms follow the approval of the parent form
