QMS Standards & Clauses
Quality Management System's Standards & Clauses Section
FlinkISO™ QMS Standards & Clauses section looks like this.
Each Standard consists of Clauses, linked with Documents & Custom Tables.
You can add new Quality Management Standard by clicking on Add icon at the top. You can add as many standards & clauses to the QMS system.
Adding QMS Standards & Clauses
Click on add button at the top of QMS Standard & Clauses section to add new stanard to the system. It will open a new form, see below :
You must add One standard at a time. To add standard, add Standard's name first. Add brief description.
To add clauses, you must add clauses in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format as following :

Note:
Do not add Comma (,) after Clause
Click < Enter > as a line break
Click Submit at the end to save.
Editing Clauses
Click on button to edit any existing clauses.
This will open a new Tab in the browser.
Add the clause details in "Details" section and click save. Once updated, new clause details will be shown instead of "Click on edit button to update this section." under Clause's panel

Every form created, by default follows system's approval system. Users with limited roles, cannot publish any record in the system unless that record/ document is approved by HoDs or Administrators.

With ONLYOFFICE™ Editors, you can preserve all your formulas and sheets in your spreadsheets.
Upload / Create
Simply upload the existing documents/ spreadsheets/ presentations to create the document or spreadsheet.
Scheduled Data Entry
You can easily create spreadsheets, documents, formats etc and share with users within the system for scheduled data entry, eliminating efforts of printing and distributing these documents manually.
Centralized Data
Users can open these shared documents from within the system, add their data and save them onto the system without any need to download/ upload. All data is stored in a singled location and can be accessed secuerly.
Drag and Drop
To store this data in SQL format instead of Document format, you are free to build HTML forms within the system by using our Drag-and-Drop feature.
Digital Signature
Digitally sign all your QMS document while downloading them in PDF format. You can draw your signature or upload existing signature to the system.
